The first recipe of the month I've tried was these brioche nodes with plum jam and with pears as a variant of the one with Nutella by Marble I has already tried in January.

Chiara Maci, io ho aggiunto solo un po' di origano all'impasto. Sono buoni per diversi giorni.
These original wholemeal flavored crackers are from Chiara Maci, I just added a bit of oregano to the mixture. They are good for several days.

... while I got the recipe of the cupcakes from the book "The Hummingbird Bakery Cookbook". They were very very sweet, but I was the one really liked them so in the end I have eaten them all myself.

The only pie made in February is a recipe from Cooked and Eaten: the pear crumble. Thanks to the need to finish the Christmas panettone, it have been quite liked but without great enthusiasm. Next year I'll have to think about a valid variant ;)
I conclude with a focaccia stuffed with meat sauce, a bad variation of the turnovers, and these beautiful biscuits filled with Nutella, the basic recipe is the cookies with heart of apples by Sara.
